WELCOME TO FREMONT HYPNOTHERAPY

“The human mind is so capable. So much of what we want to do can be accomplished with the help of the subconscious mind. With a small amount of effort, we access potential that is almost without limit—unique resources to accomplish what we imagine.” Patricia Renolds, Sorbae CCHT

What is Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis?

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy allow us to access our subconscious mind and work with it to improve our lives in so many ways. Our subconscious mind is incredibly complex and powerful. It holds all of our memories, is the seat of our emotions, and the place where our beliefs and habits are rooted. When someone is hypnotized, their conscious mind, the judging and analyzing part of their mind, is set aside to allow the subconscious mind to come forward. This state occurs naturally in daily life, when you become absorbed in a book and lose track of what’s around you, when you suddenly realize you’re home and don’t remember how you got there, when you daydream or “space out.” You can reach this state deliberately and use it to work with your subconscious mind to create or change habits and beliefs, access memories, work with dreams, manage pain, eliminate fears, reduce stress and anxiety, and so much more (see the FAQ for a more detailed list).

How long is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is also typically short term. We focus on your goal for the therapy and work to accomplish it in a limited number of sessions, often as few as five or six sessions.  The number varies according to each client’s needs.
